Goldee Leverages the following third parties who process and can process or hold some of your Data.

AWS

AWS provides the core PaaS hosting services. It is ISO27001 and SOC2 certified. The Goldee database is encrypted in storage and transit. All communications from the app to the server is encrypted in transit with TLSv1.2. Data is stored in AWS’ AU Sydney region. See https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/

Revenue Cat

Revenue Cat underpins the subscription management for Goldee, it only contains your current subscription information. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/

MailSlurp

MailSlurp handles emails explicitly forwarded by users. Once an email has been processed by Goldee it is permanently deleted from MailSlurp. MailSlurp is GDRP Compliant with high security standards. See https://www.mailslurp.com/legal/

MixPanel

MixPanel provides analytics reporting, to indicate usage of the app. Events in mixpanel may be linked to your first name and email, however no other PII (including children names or ages) is sent to MixPanel. Data is stored in MixPanel’s EU region and is compliant with GDRP and SOC 2 Type II. See https://mixpanel.com/security-privacy

Sentry

Sentry provides error crash and performance reporting, all reports have a de-identification process applied to strip personally identifying data. Sentry is both SOC2 and ISO27001 compliant, see https://sentry.io/security/#data-security-and-privacy

AI Providers

Goldee leverages a number of AI Providers. However all will keep your query data secure and do not utilise it for future AI training. We currently may utilise the following at any given time, which is also subject to change:

Postmark
