Terms and conditions

This promotion is conducted, and the prize is administered by Goldee Pty Ltd ACN: 669 833 925 (“Promoter”). These terms and conditions govern this promotion and may be amended, updated, or replaced by the Promoter from time to time (subject to any applicable regulatory approval). Entry into the promotion, and the acceptance of any prize, is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is a game of chance and is free to enter on Instagram only. Entries open from 8 am AEST on 30 Jan 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 10 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

To enter the promotion, an entrant must like the post, tag two friends and explain how they would use the cash to recharge their parental batteries. Entry to the promotion is unlimited as long as all conditions are met.  An entrant is eligible to win a prize if they are 18 years old and over and a resident of Australia. There will be three winners, each winner will win one (1) x Visa Gift Card valued at AUD $500 and one (1) x six (6) month Goldee subscription (iPhone only). These three (3) winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received and they will be notified via email within five (5) working days of the judge’s decision.

A winner must, on request, provide the Promoter with their email address within 5 days of being requested to do so, as well as such further information and assistance as required for the purposes of issuing the prize.  

The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and is not redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

If there is a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or eligibility of the entrant or the validity of an entry. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility, they will forfeit the prize and no substitution or compensation will be offered.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (not the time of transmission). The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for delays or failures in any telecommunications services or equipment.

The Promoter will only collect name and email address to issue the prize. The Promoter will need to disclose these specific pieces of personal information to third parties (such as Visa) to assist in conducting this Promotion and awarding the prize. If the entrant does not wish to provide their email address as requested, they may be ineligible to claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter's privacy policy (available via its website) contains information about how the Promoter handles personal information.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion (subject to any applicable regulatory approval), disqualify any entry, entrant or winner, or cancel or vary the promotion (including any prizes), where in the Promoter’s opinion: (i) a person has engaged in inappropriate, unlawful or improper conduct (including any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion or is otherwise potentially damaging or insulting to the Promoter or another person) or is generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter, or any other entity or person associated with this promotion; (ii) a person does not satisfy the entry requirements or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions; (iii) the entry is incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible, or infringes on the rights of any other person; or (iv) the Promoter cannot conduct the promotion or award a prize for any reason beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
